Raccoon

Raccoon is Ge Liang's first collection of short stories set in Hong Kong. As an "outsider" from Nanjing, he describes life of common man in the city from various aspects, including local customs, imagination of details behind news events and urban crimes.

In Raccoon, the typhoon transit is interpreted as an encounter between human and the nature, which inspires one to rethink his/her daily life. We hope that our translations of the short story could bring the inspiration to both English and Finnish readers.
